Guaranteed Payment:
All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment. A credit card number will be taken and may be charged at the time reservation is made.
O'Hare and Midway Airport Tax:
All reservations from and to O'Hare and Midway Airport are subject to a $54 Airport Tax.
Long Distance/Out of State Trips:
Please call for quotations.
Children:
Children must have a car seat provided by the passenger.
Lost and Found:
Please make sure you take all your personal belongings when you exit the vehicle. Chicago Motor Coach, Inc. assumes no responsibility for missing items.
Soiling/Damages:
Clients are fully liable for any damages and unreasonable soiling they caused to vehicles.
Additional Charges:
All rates are subject to a 20% gratuity.
Parking Fee:
If the vehicle is travelling to any event that requires a parking fee, customer is responsible for paying the fee.

Transfer: Any pick-up and drop-off, typically from a hotel to an airport with total travel of about 15 miles (excluding 20% gratuity).
Hourly: Based on local use, low miles (excluding 20% gratuity).
Daily: Based on 10 hours of local use, low miles (excluding 20% gratuity).
Mile: The rate per mile of travel. Quotes are calculated per mile or per day, whichever is greater. Trips averaging over 300 miles per day are usually priced per mile and not per day.
